Mr. Slape has been practicing since 1998 and focuses his practice in the areas of Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Litigation. Mr. Slape is licensed in the State of Kansas and admitted to practice in the District Courts, Appellate Courts, and Administrative Courts of this State, and also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit. Mr. Slape has argued cases to the Kansas Appellate Courts and Appeals Board. Mr. Slape has handled cases in multiple jurisdictions throughout the State of Kansas.

Mr. Voegeli has been with Slape & Howard, Chartered since 2012. His practice focuses on Social Security Disability, Workers Compensation, and Personal Injury cases. Mr. Voegeli is licensed in the State of Kansas and the State of California. He is admitted to practice in the District Courts, Appelate Courts, Administrative Courts of this State, United States District Court, District of Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit.

Mr. Howard began practicing in 1979, and was a founding partner in the law firm of Slape & Howard, Chartered. He dedicated himself to representing claimants in workers' compensation cases and social security disability claims. Additionally, he devoted years of his practice to representing consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Howard was licensed in the State of Kansas and admitted to practice in the District Courts, Appellate Courts, and Administrative Courts of this state, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit. His presence personally and professionally made a difference in many lives, and is sorely missed.

Delynn Nelson grew up in Wichita and graduated from East High School. She attended Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as a Paralegal Certificate from the Paralegal Studies Institute at Pittsburg State University. She has worked for Slape & Howard since 2001 focusing her work in the areas of workers compensation and personal injury. Delynn is active in Beta Sigma Phi sorority and a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Wichita, Kansas.

Miriam Vasquez grew up in Wichita and graduated from North High School. She graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology. Miriam is bilingual, and has worked for Slape & Howard since 2004, focusing her work in the areas of workers compensation, personal injury and social security disability.
